Arunoday Sansthan is a dynamic organization dedicated to multifaceted social development. Focused on women’s empowerment, it actively promotes education, advocates for social justice, and ensures access to healthcare. Furthermore, Arunoday Sansthan champions sustainable practices, emphasizing natural farming techniques and soil and water conservation efforts. With a holistic approach, the organization aims to uplift communities and create a brighter future for all.

Promotion of bio agricultural method and agro based service

 

To enhance the economic status of the poorest & marginalized families & work towards protection & conservation of water resources through water harvesting.

  • To organize the target community for the advocacy and lobbying and make capable for it organize stakeholders as a TRG .and trying to increase participation of guardian in school functioning activities
  • Promote value based education and social cohesions and capacity building of SMC

Women empowerments to reduce the gender inequlity and take initiatives for the women empowerment

  • Increase participants of women in decision making process in Grampanchayats and Gram Sabhas.
  • Improvement in public health service so that women can get better health system.
  • Promotions strengthen of women SHG and Chingari Sangthan at grass root level and organization networking for women empowerment related issues
Women Empowerment

Andheri Hilfe Trust has initiated a partnership project with arunoday sansthan, Mahoba titled Empowerment of poor and marginalized community through  community based Organization in September 2010.

The initiative is a behavior and practice change communication, action proposition. The initiative focuses on awareness generation, developing community based self help groups, Adolescent groups, Youth groups and sensitization of various stakeholders at grass root.The initiative is proposed to strengthen and nurture the community based institutions for improvement in the overall quality of life of rural women and her family.

(Chingari Sangthan emerging as pressure groups)Women’s empowerment is a broad issues and is needed for making women as effective participants in governance. Main reason behind the women’s empowerment is  creating dynamic women’s groups that foster gender equality with special focus on securing entitlements and livelihood options for the reduction of poverty.In Bundelkhand women’s related many problems exist at the grass root level like gender discrimination illiteracy absence of gender policies violence low socio economic status lack of employment opportunities low health status etc.

To overcome these problems and make women more sensitized and empowered Arunoday Sansthan formed small groups of women called Chingari Sangthan group which is a largest platform for women’s advocacy.
